We are pleased to share a community update from Denali Therapeutics regarding their investigational program in Pompe disease.

Denali has officially begun recruitment for its clinical study evaluating DNL952 in adults living with Late-Onset Pompe Disease (LOPD). DNL952 is an investigational enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) designed using Denali’s Transport Vehicle™ platform to reach both muscle tissue and the brain.
